• General Multiple Choice Question and Fill In the Blanks
• A/D Conversion of Input Voltage — similar to midterm
• Stack Content — similar concept to the midterm
• Assembly Language Programming — state machine
• Timer System
• Serial Communication Interface (SCI) System
• Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) System
• Analog-to-Digital (ATD) Converter Programming

The HCS12 Instruction Set and I believe also an appendix of the registers — for timer system, SCI system, etc. — will be provided in the exam.
